Assignment and fit
Convert agreed Word, Excel or born-digital PDF material into HTML and permitted referenced assets. Preserve reading order, table relationships and navigation, with a proof tied to the delivered version.
Our EDGAR conversion services focus on approved-source document production. Word to HTML is a presentation workflow; EDGAR HTML conversion also requires the current filing-specific construction and package checks. SEC EDGAR conversion services must not be confused with permission to transmit a LIVE filing.
Inputs needed to quote
- Approved source with a named content approver
- Agreed form family, current production SOP and image files
- Proof format, source cutoff and table-complexity notes
Identify whether the material is public, synthetic or private. For private work, confirm permitted processing and the transfer channel before sending the source. A source receipt is not automatic acceptance of its deadline.
Concrete deliverables
- Primary HTML and referenced permitted images
- Linked table of contents and checked internal targets where needed
- Versioned proof, source comparison and package manifest
Production checks
- Map every source section to an output location.
- Cross-check numbers, footnotes, merged cells and negative signs visually and textually.
- Use the applicable current EDGAR requirements rather than ordinary web-page validation alone.
Reference: SEC production / role guidance. Verify the current requirements for the agreed job.
Scope boundaries
HTML delivery is not filing authorization, SEC acceptance or a legal-compliance opinion.
The contracted review owner approves the final candidate. A later edit changes the version and may require renewed approval. Production acceptance and filing authorization are separate.
Business-specific handoffs
Quote and schedule
Cost follows source complexity, output layer, review effort and revision allowance—not a universal HTML page count. A rush slot is accepted only when inputs and reviewer availability fit the actual capacity.
How quotes are structured →EDGARization and form-specific production
To EDGARize a document is to prepare it for the applicable EDGAR production workflow. Start with approved disclosure, rebuild the permitted HTML and reconcile the rendered result. Do not treat a browser preview as proof of SEC acceptance.
