Production, with boundaries

Production services

Eleven defined service scopes. Choose a layer, not an unsupported acceptance promise.

Illustrative controlled document production layers

Core and conditional scopes

01

Word & Excel source preparation

Rebuild styles, lists and table structure in an editable source before HTML production. Separate content decisions from formatting work so the next operator knows what is approved.

Defined production scope
02

EDGAR-oriented HTML conversion

Convert agreed Word, Excel or born-digital PDF material into HTML and permitted referenced assets. Preserve reading order, table relationships and navigation, with a proof tied to the delivered version.

Defined production scope
03

Controlled revision desk

Apply an authorized change list to an existing package, preserving unmodified disclosure and retesting affected relationships. Make late-cycle edits traceable instead of allowing parallel versions to drift.

Defined production scope
04

Package assembly & exhibit checks

Organize the agreed primary document, exhibits and referenced assets into a versioned handoff. Identify missing files and broken relationships before the authorized filing team begins its own processing.

Defined production scope
05

Source-to-proof document QA

Review source fidelity, numerical presentation, structure and package completeness. Return a prioritized production findings log with exact locations, suggested actions and retest evidence.

Defined production scope
06

HTML-to-Word reconstruction

Reconstruct public or explicitly approved HTML into a styled Word drafting copy. Restore table relationships and footnotes without pretending to recover the original source file or its editing history.

Defined production scope
07

Controlled roll-forward support

Carry an approved baseline into the next production cycle using a change map. Review visible periods, assets and section differences; specialist review is required for any tag-related context or taxonomy update.

Defined production scope
08

White-label overflow production

Scope a defined production queue under a partner’s SOP, branding and approval chain. Start with a small public or synthetic pilot, then agree capacity only after delivery and review are proven.

Defined production scope
09

Supervised iXBRL production assistance

A conditional, separately scoped workflow for production assistance under a qualified taxonomy/accounting reviewer. The reviewer controls concept, context, dimension and extension decisions; this is not an unsupervised tagging promise.

Conditional / specialist review
10

Supervised fund document production

A conditional production lane for approved prospectus sections and fund documents. Reconcile fees, expense examples, risk narratives and series/class identifiers under a fund specialist’s SOP.

Conditional / specialist review
11

EDGAR Next coordination checklists

Provide a separately reviewed coordination checklist for role ownership, approved delegation and account-confirmation reminders. Account administrators and authorized filing personnel retain account actions and filing decisions.

Conditional / specialist review

Scope is confirmed before work

Assignments are accepted only within demonstrated production capability, permitted tools and the agreed review process. Specialist work is conditional. Live filing is not included by default.

Financial typesetting and form workflows

Read the storage inventory. Future vendors require a separate disclosure and consent implementation.
