Assignment and fit
Carry an approved baseline into the next production cycle using a change map. Review visible periods, assets and section differences; specialist review is required for any tag-related context or taxonomy update.
Inputs needed to quote
- Latest approved baseline, including relevant amendments
- Current approved disclosure and period details
- Changed/new/removed section instructions
Identify whether the material is public, synthetic or private. For private work, confirm permitted processing and the transfer channel before sending the source. A source receipt is not automatic acceptance of its deadline.
Concrete deliverables
- Current-cycle working package and section-change map
- Period-bearing object checklist
- Issue log for baseline conflicts and specialist decisions
Production checks
- Check cover facts, table columns, footnotes, images and filenames independently.
- Avoid global date replacement: not every date describes the current reporting period.
- Tagging contexts and taxonomy acceptance require the designated specialist review.
Reference: SEC production / role guidance. Verify the current requirements for the agreed job.
Scope boundaries
No automatic assumption that the prior accepted structure or taxonomy remains appropriate.
The contracted review owner approves the final candidate. A later edit changes the version and may require renewed approval. Production acceptance and filing authorization are separate.
Business-specific handoffs
Quote and schedule
Cost follows source complexity, output layer, review effort and revision allowance—not a universal HTML page count. A rush slot is accepted only when inputs and reviewer availability fit the actual capacity.
